I made this wooden clock years ago at school and its sat at my parents house since. My mum suggested I try and decorate it.. so I added the fabric, buttons and hanging heart to create this cute wee clock that now has a bit of character!

All that snow
On my first attempt to find the pond I posted below I got lost in all that snow! So I took a couple pics along the way..
A trip around the pond
Just before my sister left for her travels around the world..I took her for a walk around Crombie park..She was annoyed at me as she was hung over and I was taking forever trying to work my camera..Anyway here is a wee selection from our walk around the pond..
landscapes
Here is a selection of landscapes I have painted. I like to do paintings for people rather than myself. It is special to have a picture of something meaningful and by someone who cares..
When I loved to use red paint.
So when I moved into my first house the carpets, curtains and wall paper were all red.. therefore I decided to co-ordinate my paintings to the decor! This way I saved money on decorating and on art work( I am the sort of person that feels a wall looks empty without a painting..) I think red and gold was fashionable back then too and they were cosy colours for a house.I discovered the fun of using gold leaf and gold glass paints. The effect I used in numerous painting until eventually I really did see red! and I discovered that other colors existed and were just as fun to use..
